About

I’ve been working as a professional artist since 17. Starting in caricatures at a local theme park, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest caricature artists in the country. This has helped me develop into one of the top caricature artists in western New York. On top of my local work, I’ve traveled all over the country to both draw with and train other artists. I’m also a member of ISCA (International Society of Caricature Artists). At the yearly ISCA convention I’ve received awards in the categories for Retail/Party Style, Best Likeness, Best Body Themes, Most Humorous, and I’ve placed in the top ten Fastest competition.

I have degrees in graphic design and fine art with a concentration in drawing and painting. While working on my bachelors, I also completed courses from the Joe Kubert School for comic book illustration.

It’s always been important to me to be well rounded. In addition to over 20 years drawing caricatures professionally I also managed various other art operations. I’ve frequently done graphic design work which I’ve been at for over 2 decades as well. My publishing credits include work for the online science fiction magazine Baen’s Universe illustrating When Sysadmins Ruled the Earth by Cory Doctorow, The Ancient Ones part 1 and 2 by David Brin, and The Darkness by David Drake. I currently serve as the Art Director of Broken Icon Comics where I also penciled and inked issues #1-3 of Nightmare Unknown. I’m also the artist/creator of Eccentrix for BIC. I contributed pencils on issue #3 of Robyn Hood for Zenescope and was a regular artist for The Gutters by Blind Ferret Entertainment. I recently penciled the graphic novel Kill-Crazy Nymphos Attack! written by Daniel Way and Jen & Sylvia Soska. I’ve also contributed colors and cover art for The Ballad of Al Snow & Head from BIC along with some other projects yet to be released.
