So I recently got back from the annual ISCA (International Society of Caricature Artists) convention. Every year artists from all over the world gather to attend seminars in order to improve their craft, to compete in various categories of expertise, and for general comradery. This year I won second place honors for Most Humorous and Outstanding Body Situation! My best showing yet. Here’s the collection of pieces I completed over the week.
So this is the place I’ll be attempting to put regular updates on what’s going on with my work. There’ll be a lot of commissioned pieces, convention sketches, and sneak peaks of whatever book I’m working on. Here’s one of my latest pieces I did as a wedding gift for our friends Amy and Brendan.
